Privacy Policy (DRAFT)

DRAFT (NOT LEGALLY EFFECTIVE). For counsel review only. Not live until sign-off. This is a scaffold written by the build, not legal advice, and it does not bind Intellibotique or any user until a qualified attorney has reviewed, revised, and the operator has published a cleared version.

1. What this covers

This policy describes what Intellibotique (the "Service") collects when you shape a venture, build a product, or join a waitlist, and what happens to it.

2. What we collect

An email address when you join a waitlist or create an account. Anything you type into the shaping or build tools, so the Service can do the work you asked for. Basic operational records of what the Service did, so a run can be audited and support.

3. Bring-your-own-key

When you bring your own AI key, it is used to run your account's own requests and is not used for any other purpose. The Service does not sell your data.

4. Retention

Telemetry records expire automatically after 90 days. Anonymous bring-your-own-key sessions, keys, and builds expire automatically after 7 days. Account data and the workspace you build are kept for as long as your account is open, or as required by law.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. It may be shared with the service providers that operate the Service (hosting, storage, the AI provider you configure) strictly to run it, and as required by law.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see or delete the data tied to your account by contacting support.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.

Counsel to complete: legal basis for processing, data-subject rights by jurisdiction (GDPR/CCPA), international transfer terms, cookie/tracking disclosures, and breach-notification commitments.

Not legal or financial advice.
