Terms of Service (DRAFT)

1. What this covers

These terms will govern use of the services operated by Intellibotique (the "Service"): shaping a venture, building a product, and downloading what you own.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for anything done under it. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Bring-your-own-key and spend

When you bring your own AI key, the AI runs on your account and you own that spend. Each run stops itself at a per-run cost cap, and you see a measured receipt when it finishes. Hosted credits, where offered, are billed as described at purchase.

4. What you own

You own the product you build and the exported artifact. See the Export License draft for the ownership and AI-output IP terms.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service for the banned uses listed in the Export License draft. We may throttle, suspend, or gate a workspace that shows abuse; this is a manual, reviewed action, not automatic.

6. Guarantee and support

Support and any guarantee are described in the product copy and become binding only once counsel has signed off. Until then they describe our intent.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is to the extent the law allows. Nothing here is legal or financial advice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
